Selective Origination
We focus on opportunities that meet defined strategic, structural, and diligence standards.
About Kronos
Kronos Capital International provides access to secured private-credit opportunities for verified accredited investors through a disciplined Rule 506(c) onboarding and documentation process.
Mandate and Mission
Our purpose is to give eligible accredited investors a clear, documented route into secured private-credit opportunities — and to be equally clear about what that route does not include. We do not promise outcomes. We hold ourselves to a process.
That means an opportunity is examined before it is offered, an investor is verified before information is released, and documentation governs before capital moves. Where those conditions cannot be satisfied, the opportunity does not proceed.
What we do not claim
The Kronos Approach
i.
We focus on opportunities that meet defined strategic, structural, and diligence standards.
ii.
Each opportunity progresses through a controlled review process before investor documentation is released.
iii.
Eligibility, documentation, execution, and funding are treated as distinct conditions — not a single unchecked action.
Operating Principles
i.
State plainly what is being offered, to whom, on what conditions, and what remains uncertain.
ii.
Decline more than we accept. A narrow filter is the first control, not a constraint on it.
iii.
Assign each function to a named individual so responsibility is locatable rather than shared.
iv.
Treat the written record as the authority. If it is not documented, it is not agreed.
v.
Structure arrangements so that interests hold together under stress, not only under favourable conditions.
vi.
Judge decisions by whether they still look sound after the fact, not by how quickly they closed.
Governance
Risk and compliance functions are positioned to stop a transaction, not merely to comment on it. Eligibility verification sits with compliance rather than with origination, so commercial appetite cannot override who is permitted to receive offering information.
Long-Term Vision
Our ambition is to be the kind of counterparty whose files hold up years later — where the documentation matches what was said, the process was followed as described, and nothing depended on the goodwill of anyone reading it after the fact.
Risk and Governance
01
Investors should review all materials with their own legal, tax, and financial advisors.
02
Eligibility, execution, and funding conditions must each be satisfied.
03
Offering information is provided through the appropriate documented process.
04
Private investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Investor Access
Submitting the form does not create a commitment to invest or an obligation on either side. Kronos reviews each request individually.
