As Chief Risk Officer and Chairman of the Board, Barry A. Schneer holds responsibility for the risk framework applied to each opportunity Kronos reviews, and chairs the board that oversees it. His remit covers the standards an opportunity must meet before it advances, the structural and counterparty considerations examined during review, and the conditions that must be satisfied before investor documentation is released. He holds a JD and an MBA. Areas of responsibility: risk framework and policy, board oversight, structural review, escalation and approval gates.

Michael A. Attanasio

President

As President, Michael A. Attanasio is responsible for the direction of the firm and for the coordination of origination, underwriting and execution against the applicable investment mandate. He oversees how opportunities are sourced and assessed, how the review sequence is enforced in practice, and how the firm’s commitments to investors are met operationally. Areas of responsibility: firm direction and strategy, origination oversight, mandate alignment, execution accountability, investor relations oversight.

Angela Mele

Chief Compliance Officer

As Chief Compliance Officer, Angela Mele is responsible for the firm’s compliance programme, including the conduct of the Rule 506(c) onboarding process and the verification of accredited-investor status. Her remit covers how offering information is released and to whom, the recordkeeping that supports each step, and the review of investor-facing materials before they are issued. Areas of responsibility: compliance programme, Rule 506(c) onboarding, accreditation verification, marketing and disclosure review, recordkeeping.

Jenny Dadacay

Director of Fund Administration

As Director of Fund Administration, Jenny Dadacay is responsible for the administrative record that sits behind each position: subscription processing, executed documentation, investor records, and the reporting made available in accordance with the governing documents. Her remit covers the accuracy and completeness of that record from execution through the life of the position. Areas of responsibility: fund administration, subscription and document processing, investor records, reporting operations.
